We had some water damage due to a tankless hot water unit leak. This company is professional and courteous. They literally spring into action immediately after first contact. The materials and equipment are top notch and their staff are also very pleasant to deal with. I would 💯 recommend this company to any of my friend, colleagues and everyone.

Disaster can happen at any moment. It was around 6 in the morning and our house started flooding. We immediately searched for a reputable company. We came across 911 restoration and decided to call. They were at our house within the hour. They immediately started to assist with the issue, taking all of the water out and putting fans to prevent mold.The house was completely flooded so keep in mind this was a mess. There was damage to our walls damage to our furniture etc. 911 restoration and their crew were amazing. The workers were polite and helped us in anyway they could. I couldn't ask for more. We were so relieved we called 911 restoration. To anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond the call of duty, I recommend you call 911 restoration.- LJ Alvarez

We had a pipe burst and flooding in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. 911 responded within the hour. Very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance claim. Did Great work and responded to all our questions promptly. Everyone we dealt with was great and trustworthy. 911 Did not request payment until insurance claim was settled. Highly recommended! A+ THANK YOU 911!
